Central location, Internet facilities, good breakfast

Not a criticism of the hotel, but a comment on the information on your web site. From the search parameters entered, we expected the hotel to be closer to the Aeroparque airport; in fact it was in the centre of Buenos Aires - so we had 2 cab trips to and from the hotel.

The location is in the heart of Buenos Aires. Taxis every second at the dooor step. 1/2 dozen of the best movie houses with in 100/200 yards; same distance to top La estancia and el gaucho resturants. Money exchange 200/300 yards; airlines 300/400 yards and a million shopping places in between. Best tango night club across the street. Staff decent +++++ well inform and cortious.

Scrambel eggs have to be well done in smaller containers and refill often as demanded

Loaction of the hotel

The breakfast buffet was the wost organised I have ever experienced. The last day I had to go outside to get breakfast. The table were not cleaned after people left resulting in insufficient places. The food was not replenished in time and the staff clearly misses supervision. Horrible !

The location was excellent. So was the breakfast.

Staff help was slow, leading to long lines at the desk all the time. Maintenance was not being kept up. Staff exaggerated things to run up our expenses. The reserved cab to return us to the airport in the middle of the night was not there, so we had to take a taxi instead, which the staff exagerated as saying might be hard to get. This did save us about half of the cost of the trip.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro de Buenos Aires.
